red. • Acridine Orange (266 ug/mL) is a red/orange fluorescent stain. It is a chelating dye and can be used to reveal lysosomes, nuclei, and nucleoli. • CFSE is a green fluorescent membrane stain that can be used in cell proliferation assays. It binds to membrane proteins. • DAPI is a blue fluorescent stain that forms complexes with natural double-stranded DNA. Use it to detect DNA. • Hoechst 33342 ( 200 ug/mL) is a blue fluorescent stain that binds to DNA . |
