on your order (you
may use our order sheet or
one of your own):
The catalog or part number and
price of the item(s) you wish to order.
Your name, position, the
organization, and phone
number.
The name of the person who
receives the item (if not yourself)
The address and phone number of
the location where you'd like the order shipped
The billing address (if
different than the shipping address)
For orders outside the USA,
please also include a shipping account number and VAT
(if available; see below for shipping
information)
Payment
information, such as a PO#, or Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, or Discover Card.
Shipping - 3 options
We
typically ship our products the same day we receive the
order. We can ship anywhere in the world (for
orders outside the USA, we prefer to use option 2 or 3
below). Most orders are sent overnight on ice.
1) Ship using ICT's
shipping account, and ICT will add the fees to your invoice.
Within the USA,
it typically costs $25-45 for 5lb (our
small 9x8x8 box with 1 ice pack and up to 4 kits).
If you are outside the USA, we prefer to use your
shipping account # if at all possible and a VAT # for
duties and taxes, as it is hard for ICT estimate duties
and taxes. For
overseas shipments it costs $50-$120 and takes 2-10 days
depending on the country and size of the package.
The shipping fee to Canada is $50-85; Europe is often
$75-120; and Australia is often $95-120.
2) Charge the fees to your Visa or MasterCard number
(through ICT's FedEx/DHL account) and the shipping fee will
be billed directly to your credit card based on their
current rates.
3) Ship using your FedEx/DHL/UPS/other shipping account; they will
bill you directly: fees will be based on your
contract with the shipper. ICT may add a $10 fee
for the shipping box, depending upon the size of the
order.
Billing
and Payment Information - 3 ways to pay
1) A purchase order (check or wire transfer payment due net 30)
2) Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
3) Pre-payment by wire transfer or check
ICT accepts purchase orders from approved customers
(please call to set up an
account - it's easy!). If you are outside the US
and Canada, we prefer to receive credit card payments,
but will accept purchase orders if that is not possible.
