Our new website offers Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the product pages as well as in the FAQ section, putting much product and technical information at your fingertips.
We do receive many inquiries by phone and email about non-FAQ, and we are happy to engage in discussions about our products, potential uses, and post-experiment data.

We strive to provide prompt and accurate customer and technical service for our products and services, answering most inquiries within 24 hours, if not immediately. Technical service representatives are available by phone from 9:00am – 5:00pm Central Time, Monday-Friday. Customer service representatives are available by phone from 8:30am – 6:00pm Central Time, Monday-Friday.
