New Products: Affipure Goat HRP-Anti-IgG Secondaries
Affipure Goat HRP-Anti-IgG Secondaries for all ELISA formats and Western blotting are now available from ICT.
The IgG components of these conjugates are specific for normal IgG-Fc of their target species. Each vial contains 1.0 mg of Affinity Purified Goat IgG conjugated to 2-4 HRP enzymes per IgG molecule. The conjugate is dissolved in a Tris based conjugate stabilization buffer containing 50 ppm ProClin 300 anti-microbial agent.
