Assay Development Kits

ICT provides complete assay kits to facilitate the development of your own standard assay.

Each kit contain enough reagents for 10 ELISA plates. Purchasing the complete Kit is more economical than buying the individual reagents. The Complete Assay Kits contain enough of each reagent to run ten 96-well plate ELISA assays. For a small restocking fee, we will gladly make substitutions to the kits to help customize your assay.

ICT offers 2 ELISA development kits:

Antigen-Down ELISA Kit (KIT1), cat. no. 9101, $499 USD

Contains seven ELISA Solutions recommended for generating your in-house Antigen-Down ELISA assay.

KIT1 contains:

  • 25 mL CB2, 5x Antigen Coating Buffer
  • 500 mL BB1, General Low-Level Blocker
  • 25 mL CS2, 5x Antigen-Down Conjugate Stabilizer
  • 500 mL SD1, General Serum Diluent
  • 500 mL WB1, 10x ELISA Wash Buffer
  • 100 mL SUB1, TMB 1-Component HRP
  • 100 mL STOP1, Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates

The specific requirements of your assay may require the additional purchase of an Assay Diluent (AD4) sold separately.

Antigen-Down ELISA Kit (KIT1)

Neptune ELISA Kit (KIT2), cat. no. 9100, $499 USD

Contains eight ELISA Solutions recommended for assays where serum-free/non-mammalian reagents are necessary.

KIT2 contains:

  • 25 mL CB1, 5x Antibody Coating Buffer
  • 500 mL BB2, Neptune Blocker
  • 25 mL CS6, 5x Conjugate Stock Stabilizer
  • 100 mL AD3, Neptune Assay Diluent
