ImmunoChemistry Technologies provides two types of ELISA Development Template Kits for the creation of an in-house antigen-down or antibody-sandwich format ELISA. Each kit includes all of the essential liquid components necessary to assemble and run an in-house antigen-down or sandwich- type ELISA. A detailed, assay-format-specific protocol for coating, blocking, and dry-preservation of the newly prepared ELISA plates is also included.
As these template kits were designed to work in a multitude of antigen-down or antibody-sandwich formats, the kit package does not include the assay-appropriate 96-well plate or anti-isotype IgG secondaries. These assay components may be purchased separately from ICT.
