Assess Apoptosis in Living Animals with FLIVO in vivo Apoptosis Tracers

FLIVO™, our proprietary in vivo apoptosis tracer, is a non-toxic, cell-permeant reagent that specifically labels apoptotic cells in vivo for analysis with fluorescence detection methods. This tracer, or fluorescent probe, has been successfully used in a range of animal models to assess apoptosis as a result of a treatment or biological condition.

Our first-generation FLIVO™ tracers are available with carboxyfluorescein (FAM) or sulforhodamine-B labels for ex vivo optical imaging or flow cytometric analysis of histological samples.

NEW: NIR - FLIVO™ in vivo apoptosis kits for noninvasive in vivo imaging of apoptosis.

ICT is pleased to announce the launch of two near-infrared labeled FLIVO™ tracers for non-invasive in vivo optical imaging of apoptosis. NIR-FLIVO™ 690 and NIR-FLIVO™ 747 in vivo apoptosis imaging tracers and free dye controls are now available from ImmunoChemistry Technologies at introductory pricing. The new NIR-FLIVO™ apoptosis tracers utilize the near-infrared fluorescent labels DyLight® 690 and DyLight® 747 for noninvasive detection with whole animal imaging systems.
