ImmunoChemistry Technologies, LLC is a contract laboratory specializing in immunoassay development, manufacturing, and related services, such as purification services. If you need a purified protein, ICT can do it.
Protein A & Protein G Purification
ICT can assist you with your antibody purification requirements. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies can be purified and concentrated using Protein G or Protein A.
Affinity Purification
ICT can also affinity purify polyclonal IgG samples if we have at least 5mg of the purified analyte to build the affinity column. Hyperimmune polyclonal sera will typically contain between 2-10% specific IgG. In most ELISAs and rapid tests, it is essential that only an affinity purified IgG preparation be utilized for the capture and/or sandwich component of the assay. Use of non-affinity purified antibody will result in a dramatic reduction in assay sensitivity and specificity. Excess background and blank ELISA signals can usually be attributed to the use of non-affinity purified polyclonal IgG as the sandwich or top antibody in sandwich ELISAs.
Cost
ICT generally charges $500-$3,000 per purification with a minimum fee of $500 per run.

Most purification projects are finished within 1 week.
