Antibody Conjugates Coming Soon!

COMING SOON!

Antibodies Incorporated is offering New Fluorophore-Conjugated Antibodies!
Available in Single Vial and Bulk Formats

Antibody conjugation, also known as antibody labeling, is the process of chemically linking an antibody to a specific tag.
Due to their specificity, antibodies are widely used to detect and quantify antigens in numerous applications such as flow cytometry, ELISA, western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and lateral flow.

Antibodies Incorporated is excited to announce new fluorophore-conjugated antibodies.

Our NeuroMab antibodies are known across the research community as highly-validated and reproducible. With the release of our new conjugate line of products, scientists have the option to use these antibodies for direct detection in staining and blotting applications!

We now offer the option of direct conjugation to one of four different fluorophores:

  • FL-490
  • FL-550
  • FL-594
  • FL-650

Direct detection using conjugated primary antibodies is an alternative to using secondary antibodies.

Fluorophore conjugation to a primary antibody eliminates the need for a secondary antibody by directly coupling the primary antibody to the fluorophore. Our directly labeled primary antibodies do two jobs: They bind to your protein of interest and are labeled with a dye for detection. This results in a simpler assay with fewer steps.

Directly labeled primary antibodies reduce background noise and cross-reactivity compared to their secondary antibody counterparts, and while indirect detection using secondary antibodies is generally associated with greater signal amplification we have found in side-by-side testing that our new antibody conjugates yield equivalent signal strength so there is no compromise.

We are excited to offer both options to researchers looking to customize their research and optimize their results!

Our fluorophore-conjugated antibodies are available in single vial and bulk formats.
Please find these options on our website.
