"THP-1 cells were differentiated with PMA on coverslips and treated with various reagents. Cells were incubated with FAM-YVAD-fmk (FLICA–caspase-1) (ImmunoChemistry Technologies) for 1 hour before fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde. Incubation with NH4Cl (50 μM) was used to quench autofluorescence before permeabilization with 0.1% Triton X-100."

"Necrostatin-1 (NEC-1) was provided by Cayman Chemical (Ann Arbor, MI, USA). Bafilomycin A (Baf A) and trypsin (0.25%) were purchased from Keygen Biotech (Jiangsu, China). N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), Cytochalasin D (Cyto D), cholesterol, DiI, Coumarin-6, Nile red, Pyrene, 1,6-Diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene (DPH) were obtained from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Magic Red Cathepsin B Detection kit (Catalog No 937) was obtained from ImmunoChemistry Technologies (Bloomington, MN, USA)."
